A Shreveport native, Michael hails from a musical family; his great-great-great uncle was the legendary Lead Belly, whose statue stands in downtown Shreveport, a city also home to Curtis Jackson’s G-Unit Studio. Michael began writing and producing music around age 13, but his musical journey started much earlier with drums and guitar. A graduate of Huntington High School’s Raider Jukebox Band drumline and Grambling State University, he’s already collaborated with prominent figures in the music industry.
