Ed Auslander – Advisory Board Chairman
Ed Auslander is a seasoned executive leader with extensive expertise in globally implementing enterprise and cultural transformation, fostering entrepreneurship and innovation, mentoring high-performing teams, striving for commercial excellence, enabling growth strategies, and driving operational excellence to achieve sustainable profitable growth. He served six years as Chief Executive Officer and Board Director at LORD Corporation, overseeing its sale to Parker Hannifin. Ed is an operating advisor for Blackstone’s Private Equity Group and a board director for SPX FLOW and Carlisle Fluid Technologies. He previously served on the Aerospace Industries Association Executive Committee, Naval Aviation Museum Foundation Board of Trustees, LORD Foundation Board of Directors, and Penn State Behrend Council of Fellows. A University of Chicago Executive Program graduate and Penn State University Fellow, he is a recognized global leader in the aerospace, defense, industrial, automotive, and specialty material/chemical industries. His industry knowledge and strategic vision will help guide Aeromed toward continued success.

Mohamed Denden, CFO of Airbus US Space & Defense
Mohamed Denden, Chief Financial Officer of Airbus US Space & Defense, brings over 15 years of executive experience in finance and procurement, having led initiatives in mergers and acquisitions, financial planning, and global procurement at Airbus. Mohamed’s international experience and multilingual proficiency enhance his ability to lead cross-border collaborations, making him a valuable asset in supporting Aeromed’s global growth efforts.

Robert Hastings, Former Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense
With over 40 years of experience across the military, government, and industry, Robert Hastings brings deep expertise in strategic communications, public affairs, and business strategy. As the former Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense and Executive Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Bell Flight, Robert has shaped the public and market perceptions of some of the world’s largest aerospace and defense companies. His insights will be crucial in helping Aeromed strengthen its communications strategies and overall market presence.

John Luddy, Former Vice President of National Security Policy at AIA
John Luddy, former Vice President of National Security Policy at (AIA) Aerospace Industries Association, championed a stronger defense industrial base, leveraging his expertise to advocate for impactful policies in national security. Now serving as President of Vector Strategies LLC, John brings over 3 decades of leadership in defense, aerospace, and national security policy. Known for his ability to navigate complex regulatory and strategic environments, his extensive experience in government relations and policy advocacy will be instrumental in advancing Aeromed’s long-term goals.
