Transgender Police Officer Facing Assault Charges Elected Women’s Representative

Some Berlin police officers were reportedly unaware that a colleague was assigned male at birth.

A transgender police officer in Berlin, facing allegations of sexual assault against two colleagues, has been elected as a deputy women’s representative for the force.

Berlin police announced on Tuesday that Judy S., 27, secured 638 votes. However, some officers expressed regret after Judy’s transgender identity became public.

“It would have been fairer if she had been open about it,” an anonymous officer told Bild. “How can I discuss my menstrual cramps or menopause with someone assigned male at birth? She simply can’t understand.”

Judy’s transgender status was revealed earlier this month following her suspension on charges of drugging and assaulting two male colleagues.

The three officers reportedly met at Berlin’s KitKat Club, known for its sex parties. Believing Judy to be a cisgender woman, they accepted her invitation to her apartment for a threesome. However, they allege they were drugged and assaulted.

The two unnamed officers reported “serious injuries” to their genitals and other body parts, allegedly caused by Judy’s use of a penis pump and “other things.”

A search of Judy’s apartment on November 11 uncovered “an illegal substance,” later identified as cocaine. According to the police report seen by Bild, the victims denied taking cocaine but reported becoming “very intoxicated” and “unable to act” before the alleged assault.

Berlin police have declined to comment, citing the ongoing investigation and data protection laws.
