PERFORMANCE OF SCHOOLS: September 2022 Librarian board exam results


MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is expected to release today, September 16, the results of September 2022 Librarian board exam, given in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban and Tuguegarao.

PRC and the Board for Librarians, composed of Yolanda C. Granda, Chairman and Lourdes T. David, Member, administered the Librarian board exam on September 12 and 13.

PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS

In the September 2021 Librarian board exam, University of the Philippines (UP) – Diliman, Saint Paul University – Surigao, Adventist University of the Philippines, University of Mindanao – Davao City were the top performing schools with identical passing rate of 100%.

In the September 2019 Librarian board exam, UP – Diliman topped the schools with 100% passing rate or 36 examinees passed. Benguet State University (BSU) – La Trinidad followed with 91.18% or 28 out of 31 passed.

In the September 2018 exams, BSU – La Trinidad was the lone top performing school with 80.36% passing rate or 45 out of 56 passed.

In the September 2017 exams, UP – Diliman led the board with 100% passing rate or 27 takers passed. University of Santo Tomas (UST) and BSU – La Trinidad ranked second and third, 90% (27 out of 30 passed) and 85.71% (24 out of 28 passed), respectively.
