Host Charo Santos-Concio made the announcement on Monday, November 21. MMK will air its final episodes on a 3-part finale on November 26, December 3, and December 10.

Santos-Concio has been telling real-life stories since 1991 as MMK became a part of Pinoys’ hearts.

According to her, when there’s a chance for her to host the same show, she won’t hesitate at all.

MMK has found success through the years. Aside from its regular weekend run, it has expanded into a radio show, a movie, and even a comic book adaptation.

As Santos-Concio bid goodbye on behalf of the show, she paid tribute and recognized all the staff and celebrities who have been part of the show.

MMK has won numerous awards and recognitions here and abroad. It won its first Asian Academy Creative Awards in 2018. It was nominated for the International Emmy Awards twice, 2013 and 2017. It won the Best Program Award at the Seoul International Drama Awards in 2012. It also consistently won Golden Screen Awards and many local awards through the years.
