The proud parents of Cherry Anne, Christine Mae, and Gerald James Genetia Lustan must have celebrated three times as the three siblings passed the LET at the same time.

On Facebook, Gerald James “Dors” shared how happy they all were with their achievement. He posted, “Thank you, Lord! Sobrang bait mo talaga!” He added that their success is truly the best Christmas gift they have received. “Thank you Lord, for the best Christmas gift,” he added.

The siblings from Bulan, Sorsogon, Bicol revealed that they had already failed the LET before. They have all been focused on their jobs until they decided to take LET another shot. Their second attempt was a success, and they couldn’t be more happy and proud. Even more impressive, they did a self-review and still passed the exam.

“After ‘di makapasa sa first take nag-focus kami sa trabaho tapos ngayon nag-decide kami na mag-self review ulit. Best Christmas gift ito sa amin kasi successful ang aming second attempt,” Dors shared.

Dors added that despite failing on their first try, they were motivated and inspired by their older sibling, Mary Claire Lustan, who passed the LET in 2014. Now, they are proud to have 4 registered teachers in their family.

“Siyempre gusto talaga namin masundan yung achievement ng ate namin kaya ginawa namin yung best namin ngayong second take, worth it lahat and ang saya lang na apat na kaming teacher sa pamilya namin,” he added.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Friday, December 16, that 49,783 out of 91,468 (54.43%) passed the elementary level while 71,080 out of 139,534 (50.94%) passed the secondary level.
