Product Innovation: Qiguang and Qiongyin Series

The Qiguang Series is designed for ultra-low-power electronic devices. It delivers up to 20 mW/cm² in direct sunlight and maintains 9-180 W/cm² indoors (100-1000 Lux), ensuring consistent performance across different lighting conditions. With a thickness of only 0.5 mm and a weight of less than 0.15 g/cm², Qiguang modules are both efficient and highly adaptable.

The Qiongyin Series offers similar performance to the Qiguang series but with greater flexibility. Featuring a minimum thickness of 0.2 mm and the ability to bend around a 2 cm radius, Qiongyin modules are perfectly suited for curved wearables like smart bands and rings.

Both series are available in Plus editions, which include control circuits and energy storage for easy, plug-and-play use. These modules enable AI-driven smart devices to function in a “photosynthesis mode” using indoor light, paving the way for truly autonomous, light-powered devices.

Scaling Innovation: From R&D to Mass Production

Yanhe Technology, established in February 2024, is dedicated to accelerating the commercialization of perovskite solar cell technology.
