Fueled by a sharp intellect and strong moral principles, Varun Hiremath’s career in finance started at the USF Muma College of Business, where he studied Business Management. He was captivated by the power of effectively managed money to transform lives.

After working as a research analyst at Girik Capital and a banking analyst at ET Now, Varun realized that the financial services industry was lacking something. There were plenty of salespeople, but not enough listeners, mentors, or partners.

This realization led to the creation of Fair Deal Advisors in 2023, a Mumbai-based boutique financial advisory firm promising to:

The foundation establishes e-learning centers in rural areas, provides shoes to children, and launches computer literacy programs. “We’re trying to create a level playing field,” Varun explains.

Recent initiatives by his foundation include:

An e-learning center in Narangi Village, Alibag, supports over 250 students in grades 6-10. Regular prizes and motivational events encourage education among rural children. A donation of 393 pairs of shoes was recently made to students at a government school in Panvel.

Future plans include mobile digital learning vans and emotional wellness programs for rural youth. “Every initiative is personal. These children deserve pride and opportunity,” Varun states.
