However, for those seven to eight years, Ibrahim Jawara found love and purpose.

He loved the written songs he had created. He loved how beautifully he sang those words. The few compliments he did receive supported his suspicion that he was a lyrical and musical genius. In fact, some of the words used by the few strangers who saw and listened to his work were: beautiful, soulful, inspiring, talented, and much more motivating.
