Vijay Kadakia, a former government Class II Officer (DEPUTY EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, CIVIL) in the Sardar Sarovar (Narmada) Project, has been nominated for the prestigious Universal Merit Award 2024. Mr. Kadakia developed a Software Program for the Design of Dam and appurtenant work & various canal systems and their structures during his time at the Sardar Sarovar Project. He is also a quantum Third Eye Divine Healer. The award ceremony will be held in Sri Lanka, with the former President and Prime Minister of Sri Lanka, His Excellency Shri Mahinda Rajapaksha, serving as the chief guest. The event is organized by Prof. Kartik Rawal, founder of Allso Group in India.

Mr. Vijay Kadakia, also known as Ishana Shivam Nithya (Swami Jay Nisarg), has over 35 years of professional experience after graduating with a Civil Engineering Degree from B E Civil. He has worked in various departments of the Narmada (Sardar Sarovar) Project for 34 years.
Mr. Vijay Kadakia’s accomplishments extend beyond his professional career.
