Dr. Dale Laing-Hall named finalist for prestigious global women’s awards

My mission is simple yet profound: ‘Helping people feel good and do good. As an executive HR consultant and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) thought leader, I bridge the gap between employees and employers, empowering professionals to master EQ for strong relationships, empathy, and effective communication. Born and raised in Roatan, Honduras, Being the youngest of seven siblings. I attribute much of my success to my upbringing and the support of my tenacious and smart mother, Miriam. Married to Jab, my high school friend, I value the foundation of my family and community as I pursue my mission. I earned my Doctor of Business Administration with a specialization in Social Impact Management focusing my research on EQ. With 15+ years in HR leadership, I founded Dale Reports, LLC, coaching executive leaders to foster thriving workplace cultures. Driven by my belief in people’s emotional potential, I am committed to unlocking their success.
