Elon Musk Pledges to Finance Legal Actions Against British Officials Regarding Grooming Gangs

A recent inquiry has concluded that local British authorities were negligent in their response to widespread child abuse.

Elon Musk has declared his willingness to fund legal actions against “corrupt officials” in Britain, following an inquiry that uncovered “gross negligence” in the handling of grooming gang offenses.

These gangs, predominantly comprising men of Pakistani origin, have been operating in the UK for decades, involved in the systematic rape and torture of vulnerable, often underage, girls.

Musk stated in a post on X on Tuesday that he would assist in financing legal proceedings against authorities who had allowed the abuse to persist.

”I aim to help finance legal actions against corrupt officials who aided and abetted the rape of Britain, as per the official government inquiry,” Musk wrote.

The tech billionaire referenced Reform UK MP Rupert Lowe’s inquiry into grooming gangs, which identified 85 local areas where gang-related child sexual exploitation has occurred, both in the past and currently.

According to Lowe, the investigation uncovered a pattern of “gross negligence from public bodies” in their dealings with “predominantly Pakistani rape gangs.”

He noted that the inquiry has received contact from hundreds of survivors, relatives, and whistleblowers since its commencement, with “thousands” of Freedom of Information requests submitted to support the research.

In June, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer reversed his previous position and consented to launch a national inquiry into the sexual exploitation of thousands of girls by these gangs.

“Start by condemning the sycophants and collaborators in positions of authority in Britain who aided the rape epidemic of their own people or turned a blind eye to their responsibilities,” Musk added in a later post. “Both civil and criminal prosecutions.”
